Ryan R. Call, Chairman Ryan previously served as Vice-Chairman of the Denver County GOP for the past four years,
and is currently Legal Counsel to the Colorado Republican Party. He was Chairman of the Colorado College Republicans, National
Co-Chairman for the College Republican National Committee, State Director for Youth for Bush in 2000, the Denver County Chairman
for Mitt Romney for President, and has been active on numerous community and government boards and commissions. A Colorado native,
Ryan earned his BA and MBA from CU-Boulder and law degree from the University of Denver. Ryan, his wife Brittany, and their
children Aaron (8), Lauren (6), and Andrew (2) live near the Observatory Park neighborhood, where his children attend University
Park Elementary in Denver Public Schools.

Joshua Sharf, 1st Vice-Chairman Joshua was the most recent Republican candidate for State House District 6, garnering
more votes than any Republican in that District in at least the last fourteen years. He was a delegate to the 2006 Colorado Republican state assembly,
and is currently a member of Denver's Jewish Community Relations Council. Joshua works as a web developer, keeping his finger on the pulse of the latest political web technologies. He co-hosts Backbone Radio on KNUS-710,
and has written for the Denver Post's PoliticsWest.com Gang of Four Blog, and Brent Bozell's Newsbusters. He is a long-time blogger at
View From a Height, and is a co-founder of the Rocky Mountain Alliance of Blogs. Joshua holds a BS in Physics and Math from the University of Virginia,
an MBA and MS in Finance from University of Denver, and is a graduate of the 2006 class of the Leadership Program of the Rockies. Joshua and
his wife, Susie, live in East Denver.

Frank Tijerina, 2nd Vice-Chairman Frank Tijerina, Jr. is a Senior Manager with over 15 years of Operational, Financial
and Client Management experience. His most recent corporate positions were Director of Operations for ServiceMagic.com and BestContractors.com
under Tijerina & Associates. Prior to that Frank was Director of Client Services and Operations for First Data.
Frank most recently sat on the board of directors for the U.S-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of the Americas and currently sits on
the board for Great Education Colorado.
In addition to these boards Frank is very active with the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, The World Trade Center, United States Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce, University of Colorado 2010 Diversity board, Denver Film Society, Museo de las Americas, as well as the Mexican Cultural
Center / Mexican Consulate.
Frank was most recently elected State Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly – Colorado for 2009-2011. During his tenure he plans
to focus on the following core areas to ensure that Hispanic Republicans have a voice: Formation of a State Wide Advisory Board, Creation of a
PAC to support Hispanic Candidates, Growth of the membership base and additional county chapters, Outreach to Students, Effective use of
Technology and Building strong partnerships with other Republican Organizations throughout the state.

Kristi Fote, 3rd Vice-Chairman A young professional with a passion for politics, Kristi Fote is the Third Vice
Chair of the Denver Republican Party. Fote is also a founding member of the Political Organization of Women Republicans, a nonprofit
organization of leading and emerging pro-business women who share and promote the principles of fiscal accountability, individual
responsibility, and limited government. She has co-hosted many events for Republican candidates as well.
In addition, Fote is a Tenant Relations coordinator for CB Richard Ellis, a leader in commercial real estate services.
Prior to this role, she worked in the fashion industry in New York. She was also an intern at First Data Corporation,
a global payments company, where she served as an events coordinator, communications specialist and worked in the investor
relations department.
Fote graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2007, attaining a bachelor’s in Business Administration and minor
in Finance in just three years. A life-long volunteer for numerous causes, Fote offers her time and skills to the Denver Health
Foundation. Fote enjoys the outdoors, and her hobbies include running, hiking and skiing.

Kelly Maher, Secretary Kelly has worked in Republican and conservative politics for over ten years. She has experience on
every level of candidate and issue campaigns from volunteer to manager, including races for U.S. Senate and Congress, State Board of
Education, CU Regent, State House and Senate. She worked for several years as a Constituent Liaison for Congressman Bob Beauprez where
she specialized health care and education in his District Office. Kelly currently runs her own political consulting firm in Denver.
