Tom Riggs

ACTING CHAIRMAN / VICE CHAIRMAN

Tom is a lifelong conservative and Denver native. He is the Chair of State Senate District 32, a P.C.P., and an Election Judge at the Denver Elections Division. His professional experience is in corporate financial planning and analysis. He is deeply committed to liberty, freedom, and the U.S. Constitution.

Kathryn Elliott

SECRETARY

Kathy is an active leader in local politics and community engagement. She serves as a Precinct Committee Person in House District 3 and works as an election judge. With 20+ years in IT as a technical writer, she brings analytical skills and clear communication to grassroots efforts.

LEGAL ADVISOR

Julie serves as a PCP, election judge, and Denver County GOP Legal Advisor. She is an active member of the Lincoln Club, Denver Republican Women, and the Republican National Lawyers Association. She practices commercial real estate law in Denver.
